Hi all,
I am starting a Water Fast for weight loss tomorrow.
My weight is 80.0kg and I am 165cm.
I will weight in and report my progress every night.
Not my first ever fast but my first one in a few years.

My plan is get to 54kg which is within my healthy weight range.
I will do a series of 10day fasts to get down to my ideal weight and then implement a healthy Diet for maintence.

Anyone else out there doing a Water Fast let me know we can provide moral support for eachother :)
