I'm thinking you may be getting too complex, simple is always better and one step at a time.

Have you tried Rife Frequencies? I am currently running some Rife Frequencies and I noticed I was getting sluggish, tired, so I went and found an "Adrenal stimulant" frequency set and it has perked me right up. The program I am using is FQ at profoundlyhealthy.com Inexpensive and yet effective.

When running frequencies drink water and you should take trace minerals in a liquid form. Helps to eliminate toxins. Good Luck.
