Kmg4,

First, DessertLili has given you very good advice.

I am a man with kidney cyst on my left kidney. Mine is 4" round. I have had it for many years. It does not harm me, but I must say that every time I fast the cyst size goes down and goes back to 4" size after a few eeks of eating. I have never been able to fast to completion otherwise I can guarranty you that it will disappear.

A few things that work for you, you are already eating healthy and do some exercise. There are three areas where the toxicity takes place in our body. Food we eat, air we breath and thoughts we think. Toxicity from thoughts is rarely mentioned. So that is something you can examine for your self. Taking meds for high BP is also toxic, part of what we eat.

Your concerns about electrolyte imbalance should not be a concern. Your body will only eat what is not necessary in your body and manufacture essential elements it wants and needs. If you just drink water as per thirst you do not have to worry about anything. The cyst will be eaten away before you even know. Your kidneys and liver will work better because they are resting compared to at the times when you are eating.

Your concern about dying should also be of no concern. sick people die from eating never from fasting, well, almost never.

Every animal knows by instinct that when they are sick stop eating. That means not to eat partially with anything, even lemon or salt water. The healing and ketosis process stops if body even gets a hint of food coming in. So no brushing with toothpaste or powders, etc. clean mouth with water only.

Filtered water would be ideal. After completion of fast you will know your BP is normal and cyst gone. Now if for some reason if does not go away totally, plan to fast again.

Good luck, keep us posted.
