You might try xLear Nasal spray which contains saline and Grapefruit extract. This caused die off of after using it for a few days but the first few days I felt much better. I felt very sick but it might work for you. I am now spraying my nose several times a day with a saline spray which I made myself. It works pretty well. Just get a an empty spray bottle and fill it with some warm water and some salt. Be sure it is not too salty so taste it first. I also use acupressure under my cheekbones (sinus passages). Also gargle your mouth and throat with salted water a couple of times a day. Hope this is of some help to you. You can contact me if you want any other information...Best Wishes.
