Yeah, that is a good idea, thanks. I read that book a long time ago, and I was impressed with it. If I went on an extended apple diet/fast, like that woman did with grapes, I'm sure it would have a gallbladder/liver purging effect. Actually, though, I'm really more interested in doing it in a milder and more relaxed sort of way. I was hoping to find information on the mechanics of it, too. Like, say, if you eat five large apples every day this will happen to you, or if you eat ten large apples every day such and such will happen. I guess my best bet is just to experiment on my own and keep notes on the effects. Thanks again though, and if you do happen to recall where you came across information related to this, could you please let me know?
