This is happening to me too, and now I know why. I've been on the brink of having thrush (candida) then it going away, coming back when I drink alcohol, etc. Then I back off and it goes away. So after some more back and forth noticed after drinking kefir it comes back and right away. I am fairly sure its because of the high Sugar in it. I am using gentian violet now and taking caprylic acid and trying to restore my system slowly and it is going away. My other symptons are bloating and gas that came on very suddenly.
