Hi, I intend to do a liver cleanse and have done a kidney cleanse in preparation. I cut out coffee. Chocolate,etc and took renaltrex and organic ACV with mother 4 x daily with water and a llittle lemon. After 6 days, I felt lighter and had more energy. But I have developed pain and swelling in my right knee which was out of balance before but pain free and functioning. It feels like there is something grinding around in there.... Can ACV move calcium deposits and cause this exaccerbation?
