Hey there.. (first off, sorry for all the questions, I know you can't answer much if at all... just going to give it a shot anyways).

I'm just wondering if kidney cleansing while on my benzos and HC is a safe idea? Cleansing and restoring the kidneys isn't going to affect medication levels in my blood?

Reason I ask, I've been drinking 4 cups of fresh parsley tea the past 3 days and have been getting a huge flair in my symptoms... dry mouth, dizzy, sweating, emotional issues, cognitive issues, exhausted... and my lower back is having a lot of sharp pains.

Should I continue... and is this a good sign?

I'm currently holding all meds.. (5mg Val, 15mg HC)
