The Candida thing goes deeper than that, there are lots of digestive flora that go hyphal (fungal form) when they have been in-situ so long. Human genetic mutations, tumors, leaky gut, it's just a case of starvation.

Aaaand of course never quite-quite having the time our patience to just start eating the mineral and rich live foods that we thrive on, and then taking am extended break to reset to factory defaults.

I love how intelligently-designed the body system truly is... Even cancers die swiftly when a person takes an extended fast. (Cancerous tissues cannot metabolize glucose, once a fat is induced, the body recognizes the signals of the rumours cells being infected, and whooptie, the infection gets destroyed, because the body is scavenging for fuel! You won't find anything quite so quick-recycling. :)

Headache comes from the release of ethanol and acetaldehyde from the die-off of biofilms, the film appears on the tongue because the by-products of the die off is pushed up the tongue from the liver, and there's direct bloodflow from the liver top the brain. The liver is trying to clean out (metabolize) the trash, but it needs minerals to reduce the overload.

Complete list of helpers-
Expensive option: betainHCL with pepsin before each meal containing protein and fats, vitamin b1 (thiamine) 75-100mg after each meal, zinc, selenium and transdermal iodine, also plenty of Sea Salt on le food.

^^ Factors listed above is a more complete recipe for stomach acid, betain HCL is temporary 3-4 months. B1 helps detox the overflow of dieoff, but it'll make you pee like a hoppy horse for a few days because of changing the dieoff products to urea.

Modified diet is an easy path to take :)
