I suffer from fecal odor as well and I have currently managed to reduce it significantly with some interventions.

I read your list, I was wondering if you had tried probiotics, pre-biotics and diet changes? Particularly gluten has been listed in some forums as a food that caused FBO.

Also, have you tried adjusting your diet in general?
