Thank You.It is my longerst fast,I am looking out for the smallest sign,to see if I am endangering my life. The ache in my calve comes and goes. So far I feel good. I felt nauseous on my third day,and did panick for few minutes. Other than that I feel minor heart burn ,after I drink a lot of water. I will try warm water,starting from tommorow.I want to keep fasting for 34 days. Hopefully I will make it,as I have no one to encourage me,I end up reading a lot about fasting,which helped alot,and I haven't told any one that I am fasting.I am not doing this for weight loss.I have had a skin condition for the last 9 years,and want to see if it helps.After that planning to eliminate some food and reintroduce them back one at a time,to see if I have a reaction. well thats my story in short.
