I've been very grumpy, emotional since i've been liver flushing. since the first flush ever. The liver controls hormones, toxins, all these things exiting your body or recirculating through your blood. Being in a bed mood due to it is just side effect of Liver Flushing I believe. mindful meditation and breathing exercises should help. but I am in the same boat as you since the 1st liver flush...
