Basically all the toxins that are stored in your liver get released into your intestines when you do a flush. The toxins make you feel toxic, crappy, foggy, depressed, angry etc until you release all of them. I go through the same thing myself after a Liver Flush along with brain fog and headaches sometimes as well. It's one of the reasons I prefer coffee enemas for a quick liver detox and a feeling of peace/clarity that comes right afterward. CEs don't work well for clearing stones but great for removing toxic bile and almost like dialysis for cleaning the blood.
