I have exactly the same problem. 25 and have them on sides,thighs, bum, and even my knees. However in January I started dermarolling. Bought one from Amazon 1.5 cm for a few pounds and they have started to fade. I use SuperDrug body oil and roll every month. They will not totally disappear so don't expect that but mine have already started to improve so I am going to keep at it and hopefully get them faded as much as possible. It only cost a few pounds for a roller, it is quite painful but I think it's totally worth it. Made me feel a LOT better. Have a go but think long term at least a year of rolling to see decent results.
