I'm only 20 and think I am relatively healthy. I have probably done 5 or 6 juice fasts ranging from 3-6 days. This summer I am planning on doing a 10 day one. I have never done an enema, as my mum wont let me as im only 19, even though I have tried to convince her to let me, i dont want to go behind her back!
I suffer from frequent colds, and frequent bouts of what seems to be food posoning, i think i have a pretty low immune system even though I eat healthily and have recently gone completely vegetarian!
However, I am CONSTANTLY bloated, i can go a day without eating much, nothing carby and only salads and at the end of the day i can literally feel my stomach stretching. I go through periods of having a really itchy anus and have seen small white things in my feces. After seeing this, I took a course of anti-worming stuff. and it did get better, but im thinking i may not have got them all as I am often itchy in that area, especially at night.

I really want to cleanse myself properly. And have read a lot of threads but still am a bit confused. What do you think is the best POA from here! I want to do the Liver Flush but do i need to cleanse my colon first?

I live in quite a rural area and its hard for me to get a lot of health prodcuts, but I am in London for a week so want to stock up while i can.

So far I have bought Psyllium Husk Capsules although havent seen anything in my feces yet!

I have a list of products which i am thinking of buying after reading different threads here: oregano oil, pumpkin seeds, papaya seeds, castor oil, Wormwood /black walnut/clove/ apple cider vinegar.

What do you think I should do/buy first?
