Leaky Gut, Candida or both?

I recently went through a bunch of diagnostic testing due to not feeling well for years. The main findings blood: elevated CRP (7), low vitamin D and B12, stool: low baceria diversity, high bacteria, high IgA, very high Beta-glucuronidase and total SCFA. I don't know what to treat first. My DO diagnosed me with Leaky Gut but I am wondering if I can heal that when I might also have a yeast over growth problem. I have started the candida diet as it is essentially the same diet used for treating Leaky Gut. Do you have any advice?  Thanks in advance!
