Or maybe you have also too much or wrong type of bacteria in small intestine.
How about trying to reset the upper part of intestines by trying a protocol that flush away possible bad bacterias from small intestine,and same time do water enema with probiotics, that way you should maybe get better picture about the situation and it might even help ,cant promise of cource.

Tanalbit and viracin are both exellend products to use anyway, i think Tanalbit is more to large intestine and Viracin to stomach/small intestine so i would use both same time.
Doing probiotic enema can cause strong healing crysis,so i would start with small amount first, i did my first with vsl#3 which had lots bacterias of causing HUGE HEALING CRYSIS which last 2-3 days, but it helped.
