..the Word had existed and That Word came from within God and That Word was himself.
This Oneness with himself was the Origin [the Universe].

Everything was in his hand, and without him not even one thing existed of the things that existed.

In him was The Life and The Life is The Light of men.

And The Light is shining in the darkness, and the darkness did not overtake it.
