Hey Uny,
(I know you're busy, but I'm honestly going to keep asking questions in hopes that you get blessed with some free time, because you're an invaluable resource :) ).

My main goals right now are getting off the meds... which will probably take another 2 or so years to be completely off... but in the meantime, would it be beneficial to throw any separate cleanses in in the meantime?

Ideally, I'd love to be off everything... start with another month or two of colon cleansing and probiotic rich food, and then proceed with cleansing the kidneys and liver again (2 rounds each)... although ideal worlds don't exist.

If you were me, would you throw any cleansing in there right now? I want to wait to cleanse the colon proper until I'm off the meds (because the cleanse seems to interfere with the drugs and the drugs are so constipating, that it's almost self defeating).

Any advice welcome.

Either way, I'll be doing the IP sans juice fasting (vegan diet with lots of superfood.. although not really the true IP then at this point)... when I'm off of everything.
