You're having trouble producing bile, which is what emusifies oil in the gut and allows the gut wall to absorb it.

Bile is comprised mostly of choline, which is a nutrient sometimes grouped with the B-vitamins.

It is easiest for the body to absorb from lightly cooked (overcooking destroys it) vegetables and fruits

Egg yolks are considered a very high source of choline, but in this case you need strong stomach acid and a bit of bile already in your system to absorb it and separate it out from the protiens and fats in the egg.

Make sure your ability to produce stomach acid is high- (an article on it in detail with info on the nutrients needed for stomach acid): http://www.tennantinstitute.us/conditions/stomach-acid.html

A good source of choline in herbal medicine is chickory root tea, it is bitter, but much like a strong coffee.
In fact, the bitter taste may be attributed to high levels of choline in the drink, as coffee is also high in choline.

However, choline from drinking coffee is counterindicated in digestive problems- the tannins from coffee and tea deplete the body of vitamin B1, a sufur-containing vitamin necessary for making stomach acid.
The choline can be absorbed in coffee enemas (part of gerson therapy) which gets the liver to push out bile decently quick (3 mins min for a little, 30 mins to an hour for full effect).
