I tried a form of Oxypowder called magO7 and it made me worse. There is a lot of magnesium oxide in most Oxypowder s (which is not the best form for our condition). I do think colon cleansing is good, but different things work for different people and for me simple castor oil does the trick. If you have a serious condition though, a Colon Cleanse will not cure you (it is not a magic bullet). It will, however, help you move towards better health.
