Hi, here is my experience when I first started drinking ozonated water. I made 500ml in bottled water with some ice cubes to cool it since colder water retains higher concentrations of ozone. When I began gulping it I inadvertently inhaled too! It was like drinking a strong shot of liquor almost (sort of).

After I drank it I began coughing and coughing and stated coughing up phlegm. After a few minutes (approx 5 or 6 minutes) it cleared up and I could really inhale both in the nostrils and of course the lungs.
