Not much help from apple cider vinegar, i just use it to get rid of the itchy feeling, its supposed to help with inflammation but i didn't see that happen. Mine spreaded out, previously it was only above my top lips, but then got to the bottom of my lip. Its just a red mess that flares up from time to time. I didn't dare to use any lotion, all i did was pure shea butter ocasionally when it felt dry and tight till i can't open my mouth.
