I am also writing a book about how I recovered from CFS/Adrenal Fatigue using a little known mind-body therapy...I am hoping that others who suffer with these illnesses will recover...I also find that rather than search for recovery the Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome community wants validation for their symptoms. Unfortunately, I don't think medical Science has the answers, but I do think that those of us who have had these illnesses can find amazing growth and a giant leap forward in our spiritual evolution if we learn to heal ourselves using the type of therapy I was able to find..it was a lifechanging cure for me, and I wish others could find the deep healing that I did.
