I thought I would check back in after 3 years and I can't believe you were the newest post and that some of you guys are still here... You, longterm. Is jsl still here? Not sure if you remember my username.

Anyways my ec is gone and I didn't use any special method. I just decided to remove the buildup as needed and live my life and over a year or so it just kept getting less and less and then never came back.

I just moved to the east coast too.
