I haven't had a gallbladder for 15 years so I thought to myself, "Hey, due to my numerous digestive problems, it would PROBABLY be a good idea to start taking some digestive enzymes with bile salts and see if that helps any (along with some probiotics that I have noticed have helped at times.)"

Well, I got the NOW Foods Super Enzymes brand and took one today with a meal. I have noticed that I now have a very dry, scratchy throat. I'm googling my arse off trying to find the reasoning behind this, but all I found was someone else asking the same thing without any replies or advice.

I can't decide if it's the sulfites I'm reacting to, it's just a bad brand and not compatible with my body, I don't really need them, or something else.

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
