Last posting on my experience I was right in the middle of a giant wave of detox and I didn't realize it.

Basically I spent the week trying to recover from bloating/belching and fatigue much worse than I've experience so far. Not even liberal taking of salt and potassium chloride helped my symptoms go away. The main symptoms just faded out after about 3 days.

I also gained much more weight in this brief period of time. I fear i'm going to join the 35 pounds extra club of people who have started Iodine supplementation. I hope and pray that this is temporary but part of me fears my weight won't go lower. At least, not as long as my hypothyroidism doesn't get corrected.

I had a few neuropathy flareups and the neuropathy seems to be more intense than it has been for a while.

I've also had periodic headaches and loose stools.

Basically I experienced an intensification of what I had experience over the last six weeks.

The one notably different thing was that I developed Body Odor . It's been going on over the last three days. Fairly soon after I get out of the shower I can smell my armpits and it smells like I've eaten a lot of garlic and onions and it's coming out of my pores. It's not pleasant and I normally don't smell this way. I've read that that Body Odor is a typical detox symptom and could last for two or three weeks so I'm going to just ride it out.

I suppose I can expect more waves of detox symptoms, maybe worse than this one, but I have faith that the waves will get less and less intense and fewer and fewer in between. At some point I hope to have some of my problems resolved and feel the good effects. So, I am going to press on.
