If in lips and oral mucosa most likely in her body too as a systemic infection due to ingestion while eating,drinking etc. Maybe she's not familiar with the other symptoms or thinks or was told or diagnosed that it's something else. Like me being told it's eczema etc. I never connected the dots until passed few weeks. Just a suggestion good Luck my dear! I need it too!
