for my candida cleanse I used oxy, vegan enzymes, probiotics and in the end I took organic anti fungal for 4 weeks. I followed the candida experts group protocol which is exactly what they said - let your body take care of candida naturally - anti fungals are not always needed and if you use them - use organic natural ones for a very short time. I had no die offs and felt great.

right now my colon and body are so clean, that I dont need much supplements at all for my metal cleanse besides oxy and the organic metal cleanse formula that was recommended.
