I will do my best to help as much as I can, although i did my candida cleanse some time ago and I am healed, I am currently on the heavy metal cleanse, but that's easier than the candida one ;-)

make sure to read the candida experts group guide, its going to make your cleanse much less painful, i had almost no die offs while I was on it.
