hi :-) its pretty easy, I did 1 week of the oxygen colon cleanse, then I have been taking an organic heavy metal cleansing complex in the morning and before bedtime and continue with the Colon Cleanse every 3 days or so if I don't get 3 bowl movements a day. This week I didn't have to take the oxy at all. That was the recommendation of the candida experts group and I feel pretty happy about it, because I have no die offs at all, my mood is up, my energy levels are through the roof and I get complements on my skin.
