its been long since i got trouble with people because of my odor. i only eat vegetables and take fiber supplements. then i meet an internist he gave me magnesuim citrate for my constipation. after a week of following the doctor. i feel some energy. i jog every morning together with people thats how i notice that my odor totally lessens based from reactions. so you can try a Bowel Cleanse and see a doctor if you have constipation that last for days.
