Well, I've just thrown up again so am feeling a bit brighter (till the next bout of nausea sets in.)

I have definitely noticed some benefits in just this week - 14 pounds weightloss, a bad vein in my knee seems to have disappeared, and so have my hayfever symptoms. So I can tell there are good things going on, but I think I just jumped in without much prep - my last meal before starting was a hamburger, fries and milkshake!! I was just asking for it!

I definitely want to do this again, and I wish I could have afforded to go into a facility and do it properly instead of having my relatives shooting me anxious looks all the time, but with a stronger healthier body I hope I may have a smoother ride. (In other words, hopefully no more vomit!)
