I had a similar problem. The same two fingers were numb. I found out that I was resting my arm on my elbow while I was on the computer for many hours a day and this was keeping the area inflamed and compressing the nerve. I had to make a conscious effort to never rest my arm on the elbow. After a few weeks of doing that my nerve problem resolved itself. You might try making an effort to never rest your arm on the elbow. It worked for me. Others had suggested surgery. But I did some research and discovered my posture was the issue. Now I can rest my arm on my elbow again without issue, but I make a chioce to avoid doing so.
