Hey all (Uny),

I'm just wondering... as I'm approaching 5mg of Valium... on 15mg of HC now, 30mg Prozac still w/45mg Armour Thyroid...

... I'm really getting to see how difficult it is to taper the Valium... even micro-tapering it... as the %'s get larger.

.. if you were me, and you knew that the other 2 (mainly Prozac and HC) were far easier to taper and that their w/d was shorter lived that the Valium... would you get yourself off those two first... or use them as support?

I'm weighing using them as support for the Valium taper vs.. the negative effects they are having on my body/adrenals while I'm staying put on them.

If I keep doing the Valium.. I'm looking at another 8-10 months... where as if I put it on hold at 5mg Valium, I could finish the others off more quickly and be on two fewer damaging medications.

Any input welcome, and I understand you're busy, so if time isn't there I understand.
