I was experiencing severe what I thought to be "die-off" symptoms today: hand tremors, overall muscle weakness, memory loss, confusion, headache, anxiety, irregular heart beat. I thought I was dying.

TURNS OUT IT WAS ELECTROLYTE IMBALANCE. This has all the symptoms of "die-off," but could lead to serious damage if left untreated! As soon as I took some pedialyte (though Lord knows what additives are in it), my symptoms completely disappeared! I have been abiding by a HCLF raw vegan diet with a myriad of water sources (raw fruit, veggies, green smoothies), but limited amounts of sodium.

Please make sure to keep your electrolytes in check!
