To your question, I am using an organic liquid zeolite-iodine-minerals formula that was recommended by the candida experts group. I can really feel the energy and mood boost and I think my skin looks better as well.

I used to have mental confusion symptoms, but these were gone after 2 weeks into the candida cleansed I did.

Also I had no die-offs symptoms at all, but that is because I cleansed my colon before starting the metal detox.
