No need to ozonate pure O2. It is enough to ozonate the oxygen in air becuase you dont want too high O3 - Ozone concentration anyway. More important is a desk fan blowing on your face, so that you don't breath any ozone in the area.

Some might object to small amounts of nitric oxide sometimes made as a byproduct of ozonating air. But volumes are too small to be a problem.
