I have hypothyroid too. When I fast in three days I feel better with my body temperature, neck pain, scratchy skin, etc. Although I must say scratchy, skin with rashes lasts for a long time after I start eating.

I was given Armour by my MD/ND, but I had to stop it very next day because I felt pain in my thyroid and lower back of head/neck after taking first pill.

I am now trying some of these things described by Dr. Wilson.

I will tell you that we are all different and by taking Lugol's did not help me till I stopped taking it and now on ver low dose of 2 drops per day.

Also a lot of info on youtube for hypo.
