I have these too, I'm targeting Candida because I was diagnosed with Lichen Planus, a auto immune response. It targets mucus membrane and everyone has Candida but I have a overgrowth of Candida albicanis which is due to dehydration and sugar.
I started a cleanse one month ago two days ago and the entire time I would notice the black things floating except at first they were the size of a palmagagranite seed. I tried looking it up EVERYWHERE. Finally my Naturopathic advisor asked me to collect one, so I did. It was disgusting magnified. It was like a dark brown shell with three little orange spider type legs with small hairs attached, The shell looked like a bullfrogs skin. She took pictures and asked to collect more. Before I left she wrapped it in clear wrap and a paper towel and she popped it, sounded like a bug crushing.
I delivered two more more and she explained to me that it definitely Candida albacanis, the only arasite that can live in chlorinated water and is very hard to kill because as it just sits it builds a protective shell made of protein. The little legs were for holding on as they grow. As the month went on they became ßmaller and smaller. The ßize of then became tiny, but no flecks of coffee but about hàlf the size of a bee bee.
I have to give my body a break and was advised that we should take another run at them in 45 days.
Mean while my Lichen Planus has cleared up 90/0.
Hope this helps but I was frightened the entire time. If you are hypothyroidism ßtay away from ßugar.
Cheers
