I've been seeing some of the dark strands, mostly though bright yellow/orange. Not sure if there's strands in the yellow because it's been coming out explosively.

What's my best bet? Humaworm? Grape seed extract? Oregano/olive leaf? Garlic?

Money in my case is the greatest object. I have no qualms denying myself food and forcing things like a head of juiced garlic in 8 oz of juice down my throat if it means I will feel okay. Trouble is I'm a 22 year old "schizophrenic" living with my mother who for the last 3 years has not believed in real foods and since seeing these pictures I haven't been able to consistently believe for myself that what I've been feeling internally has been so truly threatening to my sanity, socio-neruo-compatibility, let alone lifespan.
