Hi! I discovered a year ago that the cause of the awful "dragon breath" I have suffered with for years, was due to tonsil stones! I haven't had a problem since, as I routinely gargle with salt water and Therabreath. However, my 9 year old daughter also has them and she is not able to dig them out of her throat very easily...the bulbed syringes you describe might be what we need for her...do you still have some you are willing to sell?
