flushes will help but it's just a piece

-start saunas
-stop supplements
-eat organic/fresh foods that you feel are helping symptoms


maybe look into egg yolks, some animal protein

-throw away metallic cookware, use purified water

-see if the malates/cranberry make symptoms much worse or better, you are looking for clues to aluminum moving around

-supplement with good minerals

moritz was good, but he died, so you have to take his stuff with a grain of salt.

-more sweet fruits/glucose/fructose

brain likes sugars and some fat, walnuts, coconut, butter

27 is very young for alzheimers, why did you get it so early in life
