Hmmm, my basal temp is usually a tiny bit low, about 97.2 - 97.7. What does that mean?
I had blood work done fairly recently, with no thyroid issues apparent.

Fortunately I love love love vegetables, so, it will just be a matter of indulging those desires more :)

I am at the 16 hour mark now, and I don't feel anywhere near as miserable as the first time I hit 16 hours! Or maybe it's just because I knew what to expect this time.

I am however starting to get the same sensations as before I started throwing up bile... but to a lesser degree. I'd really like to forego that part of things if at all possible...
