Thanks phoenixceliac ,very nice to read your wiews, it do give perspective to this all. Yeeh i eated cooked veggies today on the morning, but i decided to not eat more today becouse the loss of appetite and feeling that too much detox going on especially when i dont Coffee-Enema now.Maybe you give me an idea of finding the level of how much do NB dayly to just find the optimal level where there is not too much detox, but still some detox to go forward. I pray also dayly, thanks if you remember me, and i can pray you too.
