actually, the Acne that I did have has cleared up quite a bit and it seems that even some of the scars I had are clearing as well. So, Acne isn't something I am worried about. I have some fungus problems I am not sure what to do about. On both of my nipples I have some fungus growing and have since I was 15!!! (Sorry if this is too much info). It seems to have gotten a little bit better but I am kind of worried especially by the location as Breast Cancer runs in our family. My mom died of Breast Cancer when I was 15 and my grandmother had Breast Cancer as well but died of colon cancer. I have been putting some crushed garlic and grapeseed extract on them but it only seems to help a little bit. A couple of months ago it appeared to be gone completely and I think this was when I gave up fruit for a while for the candida. But, I don't want to give up fruit!!! Maybe I should try this again for a week or two and see if the fungus clears up!! I had a biopsy done and the surgeons told me that it was seborrheic keratosis with fungus. If you can think of anything that could help on anyone that can help please let me know!
