My recommendations would be to get a full GI test done to make sure digestive system is not harboring any baddies. If it is start by addressing them.

Get lab panel done so you have baseline labs. Make sure to document weight, estimated bodyfat and completely document how you are feeling physically and mentally.

Then employ a complete supplement regiment and after 6 months or so have labs redone.
