hi....just wanted to chime in on what NOT to take while on humaworm...or maybe shortly after you have completed 30 days of it. i took ' oxy cleanse' instead of a fiber based cleaner right after and during humaworm and basically i feel that it caused scattering. bad news! now, since im going on round 2, im only adding blended fresh grapefruit with cloves of garlic and some water and humaworm powder - and at night, dr naturas colonix and smooth move tea. its working so far. also, i add cayenne to anything i eat that is appropriate. i say dont add too much stuff to humaworm because one it really starts to work...oh boy!
