It sounds like to me that what you experienced on your Master-Cleanse is not unusual --- very similar to my first one, although I experienced KILLER headaches the first few days I am sure were from kicking a 20-year caffeine habit cold turkey.

In my experience, weird things in the BM's, stones, ropes, etc. are all very uncommon on the MC, unless you do something in addition to the Master-Cleanse like P&B shakes. As for detox symptoms themselves like nausea, headaches, etc., as Pepe wrote, those vary widely from individual to individual and even from Master-Cleanse to MC per individual.

No matter what, you did your body a huge favor by taking a break from eating for 10 days.
