BTW, your pharmacist does not know about fasts, does he? Not everyone gets low thyroid when fasting. I hope you are not taking any medications now.

Imbalance of hormones does make you thirsty. ER will not take care of that but fast will.

I have low thyroid and I do really well after my fast.,
